AICTE – All India Council for Technical Education

1. AICTE - Pragati Scholarship Scheme for Girl Students

The Pragati Scholarship Scheme is an initiative launched by the Government of India to encourage girl students to pursue technical education. This scholarship is specifically designed to support female students from economically weaker sections of society who are enrolled in technical degree programs such as engineering, technology, architecture, and pharmacy courses.

Eligibility	Education – first year of degree course OR Second year of degree course in any AICTE institute. Max 2 girl child per family. Family income – not more than 8 lakh per annum. 2. AICTE - Saksham Scholarship Scheme for Specially Abled Students

Saksham is a Scholarship Scheme by the Ministry of Education, implemented by AICTE, aimed at providing encouragement and support to specially-abled children to pursue technical education. This is an attempt to give every young student, who is otherwise specially abled, the opportunity to study further and prepare for a successful future through technical education/ knowledge.

Eligibility	Education – first year of degree course OR Second year of degree course in any AICTE institute. Having Disability of not less than 40%. Family income – not more than 8 lakh per annum. 3. AICTE Swanath Scholarship Scheme

A scholarship scheme by the Student Development Cell (StDC) of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to provide encouragement and support to orphans, wards of parents who died due to Covid-19, wards of Armed Forces, and Central Paramilitary Forces martyred in action (Shaheed) to pursue education. This is an attempt to give every such child, an opportunity to study further and prepare for a successful future through education in AICTE Approved institutions and courses.

Eligibility	Orphan OR parents died due to covid-19 OR ward of Armed Forces and Central Paramilitary Forces martyred in action Family income – not more than 8 lakh per annum. PM – USP (Offered by Ministry of Education)

PM-USP (earlier known as PMSSS) Special Scholarship for Students of UT Ladakh and J&K offered by Ministry of Education

Eligibility:

Domicile of Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh
Family income of Rs. 8.00 lakh or less per annum
Students must have passed 12th examination
